The Irish Redhead Convention is a whacky ginger loving celebration of rare, red hair!. The 2015 event took place from August 21 – 23 in the beautiful village of Crosshaven, Co. Cork, Ireland.
Over 40 red themed events and activities music performances, redhead photo sessions, redhead competitions, ginger speed dating, certificates of genuine foxiness, the carrot tossing championships, seminars and panel discussions on red hair and lots, lots more all centered around magnificant red hair.
Over €10,000 was raised for the Irish Cancer Society, charity partners to the event. The message for all gingers out there is to stay safe in the sun and slap on lots of sunscreen!
